Dr. Monkey and colleague taking a short break during the packing process.

Welcome to Texas. And only 103 degrees today. And blue skies with a few clouds. You know its bad in Oklahoma when you go to Texas in Aug to escape the heat. Yesterday it got up to 113 in Tulsa before the smoke blotted out the sun. Positively apocalyptic.

Adam checked into his room in the rehab unit. And enjoying some hospital 'swag' in the form a Koala bear. I don't know anything about the Koala's medical training or background.

While I have total faith in the brilliant Dr. Monkey and his faithful sidekick, I'm not so sure about Intern Koala.
He looks a little shifty to me, like maybe he got one of those mail-order medical diplomas from Bernadean University, and had to leave Australia rather suddenly under suspicious circumstances.

Very astute observations! We will definitely be keeping a close eye on Intern Koala. So far he has stayed rather mum on the topic of his medical training. He has been heard muttering something about the frightful shortage of fresh eucalyptus leaves in the area. I suspect that a meeting of the medical team will take place tomorrow and we will carefully share our concerns.

I dunno... He looks pretty mellow to me.
